A full refund will be granted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be unworn and in original condition with sales receipt. If the item has been altered in any way (including ring sizing) the item is non-refundable.

Any item purchased from JB Lacher Jewelers will be checked and cleaned for a lifetime at no charge. JB Lacher Jewelers is not responsible for loss of stones or needed repairs due to normal wear and tear or damage.

Every engagement ring purchase at JB Lacher Jewelers includes: A free appraisal for insurance purposes, free maintenance inspections, free cleaning, and polishing and free machine engraving.

We will grant full credit of purchase price of any diamond toward a new one of greater value. Credit will only be allowed on a non-damaged diamond that weights 1/4 carat and greater, purchased from JB Lacher Jewelers.

Layaway period is 6 months. A 25% deposit is required on in-store merchandise and a non-refundable 50% deposit is required on custom and special orders.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
